PHARMACY SERVICES

The principal purpose of the pharmacy services is to assure safe and effective drug therapy and appropriate outcomes in the use of drugs and medications in the patients that we serve. Pharmacy Services are an integral part of a comprehensive, community-based health care delivery system. Pharmacy services are patient-oriented and are directed toward optimal patient care out- comes, health promotion and disease prevention.

HAVE QUESTIONS?

Please don’t be afraid to ask questions, that is why the pharmacist is there. You can come into the pharmacy or give us a call with any questions you may have. Also if you would like to go over your prescriptions in detail with a pharmacist just call the pharmacy and make an appointment (Wednesday Morning Only). The pharmacist can go over how the medications work in your body, side effects and help you come away with a better understanding of your medications.

OUTSIDE PRESCRIPTIONS

We take outside prescriptions. The only time we will special order a medication is if the patient was referred to that doctor by one of the providers at the health center.

Pain medications that are lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed will NOT be replaced. Please take precautions to keep your pain medications safe. We no longer fill/refill pain medications on Fri- days. Please be aware of how much medicine you have left.
